Madeleine Mitchell Madeleine Mitchell has been described by the Chief Music Critic of The Times as 'one of Britain's liveliest musical forces' and the Glasgow Herald as 'a violinist in a million....staggering virtuosity and unparalleled musicianship.…her amazing, big-toned, sweetly lyrical and vibrantly intense playing is unmistakable'. Andrew Ball Andrew Ball is regarded as one of the foremost British pianists of his generation and a busy career has taken him all over the world. This established duo has made several acclaimed recordings including ‘Violin Songs’, featuring these delightful Bridge pieces and ‘In Sunlight: Pieces for Madeleine Mitchell’ including works by MacMillan and other well known British composers.
